I first fell in love with Iceland 20 years ago. Despite then feeling ludicrously expensive, my boyfriend (now hubby) and I spent a magical week based out of Reykjavik. Fast-forward 2 decades and we then wanted to share the natural wonders of this fascinating country with our 11 and 12 year old boys. However, with a bit more life experience under our belt, we we ready to step beyond the easy coach tours from the capital. We wanted to explore further and deeper! DIY Iceland Travel!
